Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea have made an offer to Ousmane Dembele just days after Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool made contact to sign the Barcelona forward, according to Sport.
Sport have reported that Chelsea have offered Dembele a four-year contract and a signing-on bonus.
Barcelona are still in talks with the France international’s representatives over a new deal.
Dembele is out of contract at Barcelona this summer and is set to become a free agent.
Sport reported on May 28 that Liverpool have made contact to sign the 25-year-old France international forward, whose “pace is frightening in training”, according to comments from former Barcelona star Lionel Messi in GiveMeSport in March 2020.

Liverpool to miss out on Ousmane Dembele to Chelsea?
In our view, there is a chance that Liverpool could miss out on Ousmane Dembele to Chelsea if they do not make an offer soon.
Chelsea seem to be intent on signing the Frenchman, which is why they have made an offer to Dembele already.
Now, of course, the forward has not made a decision yet, but he could do soon.
So, in our opinion, if Liverpool are genuinely keen on bringing Dembele to Anfield on a free transfer this summer, then they have to make an offer to the forward now.
