90Min claim Leeds United and England midfielder Kalvin Phillips is open to joining Manchester City this summer. The Leeds academy product is interesting the likes of Newcastle, West Ham and Aston Villa, too.
Phillips, 26, endured a difficult campaign last term in which a hamstring injury kept Phillips sidelined for four months. But he has returned and played a crucial part in Leeds avoiding relegation on the final day of the season.

It is widely believed that Leeds will cash in on either Phillips or Raphinha this summer – and Barcelona are seemingly struggling afford the Brazilian. It might mean that City steal in, in time, to sign Phillips.
Rated at £60million (Times), previous reports said Phillips would reject a move to Manchester United, leaving Manchester City on pole. now, 90min say a move to Pep Guardiola’s side would ‘appeal’ to Phillips.
Phillips open to Manchester City move: Will Leeds cash in?
The report also states that phillips has informed the Leeds hierarchy he is happy to remain at Elland Road this summer. He is even open to the idea of signing a new contract at Elland Road.
But it all depends on Raphinha. Can Barcelona get rid of the dead wood to finally secure a move for the Brazilian? The winger has been more strongly linked with the exit door at Leeds, this summer.
Leeds are highly unlikely to sell both. So, City do have a window, thanks to Barcelona’s finances, to move quickly and snap up Phillips. A move to City is certainly more tempting that Newcastle, West Ham and Villa.
