Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette looks set to leave this summer – and he may have waved goodbye to Gunners fans after beating Everton on Sunday.
Arsenal played their final home game of the season on Sunday afternoon and hammered Everton.
The Gunners were rampant in a 5-1 victory with Gabriel Martinelli and Eddie Nketiah on the scoresheet before Donny van de Beek pulled one back.
Cedric Soares and Gabriel Magalhaes got themselves on the scoresheet too before Martin Odegaard wrapped up the victory.
Tottenham’s win over Norwich meant that Arsenal missed out on the top four anyway, but ending the season with a thumping win was a boost.
Big decisions must now be made by Arsenal this summer and one of them surrounds the future of striker Alexander Lacazette.
Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette looks set to leave
Lacazette is out of contract at the end of June and it looks like Arsenal are ready to let him go.
The French striker joined Arsenal for £53million back in 2017 as the Gunners raided his hometown club Lyon.
Lacazette has managed 71 goals in 206 games for Arsenal but only managed six in 36 games this season.
Now approaching 31, Lacazette just isn’t a huge goal threat anymore even though his link-up play has been impressive.
If Arsenal are to progress next season, they will need a striker who can contribute more than six goals in a season.

Lacazette has been dropped of late for Eddie Nketiah, another striker whose contract expires this summer.
With just one goal in 2022, Lacazette is now likely to be moved on this summer rather than given a new deal.
Lacazette did come on for a 23-minute cameo against Everton and then took part in a lap of honour.
Lacazette appeared to wave goodbye to the Arsenal fans, as seen above.
Football London even claim that Lacazette was possibly in tears at one point as he left the Emirates Stadium pitch.
That may be a real indication that Lacazette is on his way out this summer, with Arsenal surely announcing a decision one way or another very soon.
