Speaking on the Premier League’s YouTube channel, Emerson Royal has been full of praise for Lucas Moura.
The right-back was tasked with creating a five-a-side team made up of Brazilian Premier League players, and, perhaps diplomatically, he chose Lucas in his team.
The two Brazilians are good friends and teammates at Tottenham, and Emerson is clearly a big fan of the former PSG man.
Indeed, Emerson has labelled Lucas as a decisive player, stating that the winger has amazing potential and that he can win any game at any moment in time.

Emerson had great things to say about Lucas.
“Lucas is a decisive player, he’s decisive. He’s got amazing potential and he can win a game at any moment,” Emerson said.
Not getting the chance
It sounds strange to say it about a 29-year-old, but Emerson is right, Lucas is a player with amazing potential.
When he’s at his best, he’s, quite simply, unplayable. Look at that performance against Ajax in 2019 as an example. Nobody can live with Lucas when he’s playing his best football.
Sadly though, Lucas isn’t the most consistent player around, and he’s not had many chances to showcase his ability as of late.
Indeed, he’s started just two games since February as Dejan Kulusevski has overtaken him in the pecking order, and that has led to Lucas being slightly stifled.
This is a player with so much to give, but sadly, it looks as though he won’t be a regular for Spurs going forward.
