Liverpool forward Divock Origi has told the club’s board that he is leaving Anfield in the summer transfer window, with AC Milan interested in him, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported on Twitter that Origi has told owners FSG that he is leaving the Reds, and that Liverpool are aware that talks between the forward and Milan are going on.
The 27-year-old Belgium international striker is out of contract at Liverpool at the end of the season and will become a free agent.

Divock Origi should leave Liverpool for AC Milan
In our opinion, Liverpool striker Divock Origi should leave for AC Milan on a free transfer this summer.
The 27-year-old is a squad player at the Reds, and that is not going to change.
Evert.
Origi is a Liverpool cult hero, having played important roles in the Reds winning the Premier League and the Champions League in recent years.
However, in our view, it is time for Origi to leave Liverpool and find a club where he would play regularly.
Milan could win Serie A this season, and a move to the Rossoneri could help the striker get to a new level.
