Bruno Lage’s Wolverhampton Wanderers are competing with Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur for midfielder Carlos Alcaraz, according to Marca.
Marca have reported that Wolves, Arsenal, Tottenham, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Juventus, Inter Milan, AC Milan and PSV all are interested in securing the services of Alcaraz from Argentine side Racing Club in the summer transfer window.
The midfielder has a release clause of $25 million (£20.38m) in his contract at Racing, but the Argentine club are willing to sell him for $20 million (£16.31m), according to the report.
So it seems that Wolves and Arsenal would be able to sign the 18-year-old Argentine for a £4 million discount.
Arsenal or Wolverhampton Wanderers for Carlos Alcaraz?
In our opinion, Racing Club midfielder Carlos Alcaraz should opt for a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers over a transfer to Arsenal this summer.

Yes, Arsenal are a global brand and could be back in the Champions League.
But, Alcaraz is only 18 and is still developing and progressing as a footballer.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is unlikely to use the teenager regularly in the first team.
Yes, Wolves boss Bruno Lage will not hand Alcaraz a spot in the first team straightaway, but he could eventually get in.
Remember, there are doubts whether Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho will be at Molineux Stadium next season.
