Amazon users are complaining about a glitch on the app that’s preventing them from using the ‘Add to List’ button.
Many users from different regions have claimed that they are having a hard time figuring out where the option has gone.
‘Add to List’ allows users to make a wish list of sorts of products they are looking to buy.
As opposed to the Cart, the list on Amazon helps you add items under different categories. So, there can be a personalized list for books and another for household products or whatever else you wish.
That option has now disappeared and users are far from happy.
Users ‘really irritated’ about the missing feature
Many Amazon users have complained about the missing option on Twitter.
Some are irked that the ‘Add to List’ button has suddenly disappeared and they are unable to figure out what to do.
“Amazon do you want us to stop adding items to our wish list? It’s gone. There is not a link to add to wish list anymore,” tweeted another.
One displeased Amazon user wrote: “Hey @amazon what happened to my “add to list” button on ebooks. I never browse in the app since I can’t buy on Apple. But now, I cannot just do a quick add to list for books that I find to read later.”
At the time of writing, Amazon hasn’t addressed the issue.
Here’s how you can Add to List
Amazon hasn’t removed the feature permanently. If that was the case, the company would have made a formal announcement or responded to customers’ queries.
This is clearly a temporary glitch, which should be fixed sooner rather than later.
Once the Add to List feature is back. here’s how you can use it.
- Log in to your Amazon shopping account.
- Choose an item you wish to Add to the List.
- To your right, you can find Add to Cart. On scrolling down, you will find Add to List button in white.
- You can name your lists according to your shopping preferences.
- Whenever you wish to buy anything from the list, you can add it to your cart directly and then proceed to buy.
