The final stretch of the Premier League season is upon us, and in these remaining fixtures, there is still so much to play for on both ends of the English top flight.

From the title race to the battle for European football to the relegation scrap, so much is yet to be decided in what could be the most exciting end to a Premier League season in some time, and for a handful of players, these remaining fixtures will be huge in terms of their futures.

Numerous names from top clubs are either set to leave at the end of their contracts or are ready for a new chapter in their career, and here at HITC Sport, we take a look at five Premier League players who will be looking to impress this month and win their dream moves come the opening of the summer transfer window.

Mohamed Elneny

If you were to tell an Arsenal fan that Mohamed Elneny would be the answer to Thomas Partey’s latest injury scare, they would laugh you out of the country, yet that’s exactly what the Egyptian international has done this month.

Incredible displays against Chelsea, Manchester United and West Ham have thrown Arsenal right back into the midst of the UEFA Champions League race after three back-to-back defeats, and Elneny’s performances in the midfield have been central to this unprecedented turn of form.

James Tarkowski

From one end of the Premier League to another, James Tarkowski has also played a huge role in turning a club’s form around in recent weeks. With Burnley winning their last three games and now looking favourites to stay up despite the shock sacking of Sean Dyche.

Under Mike Jackson, Tarkowski has assumed the role as captain on the pitch, and two clean sheets and just two goals conceded since taking the armband in Burnley’s last four games has been an incredible return for the Turf Moor side, with the defender no doubt impressing potential suitors ahead of the summer.

Manchester United’s season looks effectively over, with the Red Devils looking unlikely to finish in the top-four and interest amongst players and fans at an all-time low, yet for someone like Marcus Rashford, these final games could be huge.

Linked with a move away from Old Trafford, the England international needs a transfer this summer more than any other player, and being given a chance in the remaining fixtures could help Rashford win a move away from United, which could reboot the attacker’s once-promising career.

Roberto Firmino

With Diogo Jota scoring for fun and Luis Diaz looking like an incredible signing for Liverpool, Roberto Firmino’s prospects at Anfield for the future seem to be dwindling by the day, and the Brazilian could well be off if things don’t continue well.

We know what the £29m attacker is capable of, and with Liverpool having a packed fixture list this month, Firmino could well impress some potential suitors in these remaining fixtures, especially in the Premier League and FA Cup, where the forward is most likely to play.

Steven Bergwijn

Steven Bergwijn has impressed when given the chance this season for Tottenham, yet based on rumours on who Antonio Conte is looking to sign, the Netherlands international might be thinking of a summer exit, and these remaining Premier League fixtures will prove to be crucial for the attacker.

The former PSV attacker has never been a guaranteed starter at Tottenham, and with Conte likely to go huge in the summer transfer window, Bergwijn could use these final fixtures to impress some potential suitors, especially if Spurs qualify for the Champions League.
