The majority of slasher fans would argue that the 1980s was the sub-genre’s heyday, giving birth to such iconic franchises as Child’s Play and Friday the 13th.

While slashers may not be as prominent as of late, there are still some absolute gems reaching our screens.

These include Slumber Party Massacre, Knife + Heart, X, and beyond.

Fortunately, there are some promising efforts set to continue the tradition on the horizon too, including a dark comedy from director Halina Reijn.

With anticipation rising, let’s highlight the Bodies Bodies Bodies release date.
