West Ham United are already looking to raid Everton if they suffer relegation with Michael Keane believed to be on David Moyes’ radar.

That’s according to the Daily Star, who claim that West Ham are keeping tabs on Keane as Everton fight against relegation.

Burnley’s win over Southampton on Thursday leaves Everton hovering precariously – and today’s game against Liverpool is hardly ideal.

If Everton do go down, you can expect the vultures to be circling for Jordan Pickford, Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

It’s Keane who is interesting West Ham though with David Moyes believed to be a fan.

Keane was emerging in the Manchester United ranks during Moyes’ time there and the Scot seemingly fancies a reunion.

Everton paid £25million to sign Keane from Burnley in 2017 and has now made almost 200 appearances for the Toffees.

Hailed as ‘excellent’ by pundit James McFadden earlier this month, Keane has actually come in for huge criticism in recent times.

Keane has played his part in a dismal Everton season, turning in some clumsy and cumbersome displays.

Everton would surely consider offers for Keane this summer with Frank Lampard looking to bring in cash and re-tool his squad.

The report claims that Everton would be seeking round £20million for Keane this summer.

West Ham are in the market for a centre back and you can’t rule out Moyes completely revitalising Keane.

Moyes has done the same for Craig Dawson at West Ham, taking him to a level few would have expected.

With Angelo Ogbonna coming off a major injury and Issa Diop seemingly on his way out, Keane may have a real chance to play regularly.

The report suggests that it all depends on Everton going down, but don’t be surprised if West Ham launch a bid regardless as Moyes chases a centre back.
