Christian Eriksen has been speaking to Jamie Redknapp ahead of the Premier League clash between Tottenham and Brentford.
The Denmark international spoke fondly about his time at Spurs, and was asked what Thomas Frank should do to stop Harry Kane and Heung-min Son.
What’s the story?
Well, Eriksen has a plan to stop the prolific Tottenham duo, but he had no interest in sharing the details with Redknapp.
As quoted by Sky Sports, the 30-year-old said: “Easy, but I won’t tell you what I know.”
Having played alongside the pair of them for many years in north London, it wouldn’t surprise us if Eriksen genuinely did have a plan to thwart them.
After signing from Ajax in a £11.5m deal back in 2013, the Dane went on to make 233 appearances alongside Kane, and 180 alongside Son.
Eriksen and Kane combined for 32 goals together, earning 1.82 points per game, whereas Eriksen and Son created 16 goals together, averaging 1.79 points per game.
Tottenham should re-sign Christian Eriksen

In our view, Spurs should attempt to sign Eriksen on a free transfer this summer, when his short-term deal at Brentford ends.
The silky playmaker has shown he still has what it takes to shine in the Premier League during his time with the Bees so far.
In six appearances, Eriksen has scored one goal – which came against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge – while also providing two assists.

Antonio Conte has already admitted he would be interested in reuniting with the midfielder in N17, so anything is possible this summer.
Keep an eye on this situation, as Eriksen could soon be returning to Hotspur Way.
