West Ham United boss David Moyes and Tottenham Hotspur advisor David Pleat have both been spotted watching Championship side Hull City.

The Hull Daily Mail report that Moyes was in the stands on Monday afternoon as Hull travelled to take on Millwall in the Championship.

Hull fell to a 2-1 defeat at The Den with Tom Eaves scoring a late consolation for the visitors.

It wasn’t exactly a long trip for Moyes or Pleat, with both based in London and able to hop down the south of the capital fairly easily.

This comes after The Sunday Mirror reported that West Ham are taking a keen interest in Manchester United defender Di’Shon Bernard.

Bernard is currently on loan at Hull and West Ham are allegedly looking into a summer deal.

However, Bernard didn’t even come off the bench for Hull, so if Moyes was hoping to see him in action, it was a wasted trip.

One player who did start – and play the full 90 minutes – for hull was winger Keane Lewis-Potter.

The Daily Mail reported just last month that both Tottenham and West Ham are interested in raiding Hull for Lewis-Potter.

The 21-year-old is one of the Championship’s top wingers having racked up nine goals and three assists in 43 games this season.

Compared to West Ham star Jarrod Bowen, Lewis-Potter is seen as a future Premier League player.

Tottenham and West Ham may already like Lewis-Potter, but his trip to London on Monday gave them a chance to have another look.

Moyes and Pleat are two men who know the EFL market well and will have learned a lot from Lewis-Potter’s performance.

It wouldn’t be a surprise to see Tottenham or West Ham launch bids this summer, especially after Monday’s scouting mission.
