Tottenham target Mohamed-Ali Cho is now reportedly in talks with Olympique Marseille, with the French club favourites to sign the 18-year-old wonderkid.
According to Foot Mercato, discussions have begun between the second-place Ligue 1 side and Cho, who this season has exploded onto the scene and caught the attention of many top European clubs.
As per the report, Tottenham are joined by the likes of Leicester City, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig in the race for Cho, though Marseille are now looking strong favourites to land the attacker this summer.
Cho has featured heavily for SCO Angers this season, with the teenager making 26 appearances and bagging two goals for the French club, with his quality and potential impressing the likes of Tottenham and Marseille.
As per Foot Mercato, Angers are in a position where they have to sell this summer, and Cho is the most likely player to depart in the transfer window, with the forward valued at €15m (£12m).
At just 18, Cho is developing into a fine player and could take the next step in his career if he leaves Angers for a big club, such as Marseille, and Tottenham will be kicking themselves if the striker departs for the Ligue 1 giants.
Marseille talks with Cho is a kicker for Tottenham

France has always been one of the best countries for exciting young talents to be produced, and Cho could be one of the best in recent years, which is what makes Marseille’s efforts to sign the teenager such a kicker for Tottenham.
Indeed, the club are desperate to add the forward to their ranks for next season, yet with Marseille now in talks with Cho, the chance to sign the French youngster looks to be fading fast for Tottenham ahead of the summer.
