Gianfranco Zola has praised Liverpool forward Diogo Jota on BT Sports 1 (1:27pm, April 2, 2022) for his headed goal against Watford at Anfield.
Liverpool have got the better of Watford 2-0 at Anfield in the Premier League this afternoon.
Portugal international forward Jota opened the scoring for Liverpool in the 22nd minute, and Fabinho found the back of the net from the penalty spot late in the game.
The £41m million star (BBC Sport) jumped between two Watford defenders to meet a cross and head past Ben Foster.
The cross came from Joe Gomez.
Chelsea legend Zola was impressed by Jota.
Zola said about Jota on BT Sports 1 (1:27pm, April 2, 2022): “He is one of the most clever players in the Premier League without a doubt. He always makes the right movements at the right time.”
