Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker has described Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool as “great” and “exceptional” on BBC Radio 5 Live (7:40pm, April 1, 2022).
Liverpool and Manchester City are the two teams left in the running for the Premier League title this season.
Pep Guardiola’s City are a point clear of Klopp’s Liverpool at the top of the league table at the moment.
City and Liverpool are also in contention of winning the Champions League and the FA Cup this season.
The Reds have already won the Carabao Cup this campaign.
Walker said on BBC Radio 5 Live (7:40pm, April 1, 2022): “Liverpool are a great team.”
The former Tottenham Hotspur right-back added: “I don’t think that we have done that much wrong to concede as many points as we have done. I think Liverpool have just been exceptional, and they have done very well.”

Liverpool v Manchester City battle
In our opinion, Liverpool and Manchester City are the two best teams in England and have been so for a number of years now.
There is also an argument to be made that Liverpool and City are the two best teams in entire Europe at the moment.
Liverpool and Manchester City are always at it, with both teams putting pressure on one another and not allowing anyone any room to breathe, it does make a fascinating watch for everyone.
City looked like they were going to win the Premier League title with ease, but the Reds have bridged the gap now to just a point.
The Premier League title race this season will end down to the wire.
