Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah’s desire to move to the Bundesliga has taken a blow, but Crystal Palace are interested in the 22-year-old, according to The Sun.
The report in the British tabloid has claimed that Patrick Vieira’s Palace are keen on signing Arsenal striker Nketiah in the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old is out of contract at the Gunners at the end of the season and will be available on a free transfer in the summer of 2022.
Palace can offer Nketiah – who earns £45,000 per week as salary (Spotrac) at Arsenal – ‘lucrative terms’, according to The Sun.
The report has added that the striker wanted to move to the Bundesliga, but his lack of first-team action for Arsenal this season has damaged that chance.
Nketiah has made 11 substitute appearances in the Premier League so far this season.
The Arsenal no. 30 also scored five goals in four Carabao Cup starts for Mikel Arteta’s side this campaign.

Eddie Nketiah to leave Arsenal for Crystal Palace?
In our opinion, leaving Arsenal for Palace in the summer transfer window would be a good move for Nketiah.
The striker is clearly not in Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta’s plans, and Palace seem keen on him.
Palace manager Vieira, an Arsenal legend, clearly has a plan for the youngster, who could flourish in the Frenchman’s attacking and expansive system at Selhurst Park.
