Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp reportedly wants to sign Ousmane Dembele in the summer transfer window as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah.
And based on Dembele’s performance for Barcelona against Real Madrid in El Clasico on Sunday evening, it is easy to see why.
Xavi’s Barcelona shocked Madrid 4-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu in La Liga, and one of the star players in the game was Liverpool target Dembele.
Liverpool interest in Ousmane Dembele
Mundo Deportivo reported only last week that Liverpool manager Klopp is worried that Salah will leave Anfield at the end of the season and has identified Barcelona forward Dembele as a potential replacement.
The 24-year-old France international is out of contract at Barcelona at the end of the season, and, in our opinion, he would be a good signing for Liverpool on a free transfer.

El Clasico heroics
Dembele provided two assists for Barcelona against Madrid and was a problem for the Los Blancos defence throughout his time on the pitch.
Spanish publication Sport gave the Frenchman 9 out of 10 in their Player Ratings.
Sport noted that Dembele was very comfortable against Madrid defender Nacho and “drove him crazy”, getting the better of him time after time.
