Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jamie Redknapp has said on Sky Sports Premier League (4:06pm, March 20, 2022) that he has been impressed by how Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are playing at the moment.
The Sky Sports pundit believes that Arsenal are the team to beat in the race to finish fourth in the Premier League table this season.
Redknapp made the comments in the build-up to the Premier League game between Tottenham and West Ham United on Sunday.
Arsenal got the better of Aston Villa in the Premier League on Saturday.
Redknapp said: “I must admit I am enjoying watching Arsenal play right now.
“I think they are playing the best football, brilliant result from yesterday. In terms of how they are playing, they are the team in form.”
Arsenal to finish in Premier League top four?
In our opinion, Arsenal are in a better position than Tottenham, Manchester United and West Ham in the race for the Premier League top four.
The Gunners are in very good form at the moment and are currently fourth in the standings.
Now, of course, there is still a long way to go this season, but we have to say that at the moment Arsenal do look good value for the fourth spot.
Arsenal also have a decent run of fixtures coming up.
Redknapp is a former Tottenham player, and him praising Arsenal for their football shows the progress that the Gunners have made – and are making – under Mikel Arteta.
