Jermain Defoe has raved about Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min on Sky Sports Premier League (6:37pm, March 20, 2022) after watching him in action against West Ham United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
South Korea international forward Son scored two goals for Tottenham in the London derby against West Ham.
Antonio Conte’s side won 3-1.
Former Tottenham and West Ham striker Defoe was following the match for Sky Sports, and he was impressed by Son, saying that Conte would love coaching the £22 million (The Guardian) player.
Defoe said: “He is unbelievable. Brilliant player. Always smiling. Must be a joy for the manager to coach him.”

Son Heung-min a big player for Tottenham and Conte
In our view, Son is one of the best attacking players in the Premier League and is a big figure in the Tottenham team under Conte.
The South Korea international forward has a formidable partnership with Harry Kane, and that will be key in Spurs’ quest to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
Son scores goals, links up play, is quick, and works hard for the team.
And, as Defoe notes, Son always plays with a smile on his face and does not ever seem to get frustrated.
The 29-year-old has scored 13 goals and provided five assists in 26 Premier League games so far this season.
