Olympique Marseille attacker and former Tottenham and West Ham target Arkadiusz Milik could leave the French club if manager Jorge Sampaoli remains next season.
According to RMC Sport, the Polish international is one of numerous players falling out with the Argentine coach in recent weeks, with Marseille winning just one of their last six Ligue 1 games and multiple names said to have clashed with Sampaoli.
As per the report, Milik’s playing time has dropped considerably with Marseille, with Sampaoli also consistently changing the tactical system with the French club which is making it difficult for the squad to form a cohesive unit.
And now, Milik is threatening to walk from Marseille if Sampaoli remains at the club beyond this season, with this news coming one year after strong links between the Pole and Premier League clubs Tottenham and West Ham.
TuttoMercatoWeb reported that Milik was viewed as a striking option alongside Harry Kane, whilst according to Onet, West Ham even made an offer for the former Napoli superstar, yet the striker rejected both London clubs to move to Marseille.
Despite falling out with Sampaoli in recent weeks, Milik’s form this season has been quite impressive, with the 28-year-old bagging 16 goals in all competitions for Marseille, six of which have come in European competitions.
Tottenham and West Ham could reignite Milik interest amid Marseille rumours

Tottenham and West Ham were both seemingly close to signing Milik last summer, yet with the striker now potentially walking from Marseille, the Premier League rivals could now reignite their interest in the striker ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
Indeed, both clubs need a striker this summer, and given Milik’s form this season, the Polish international could be a great signing for Tottenham or West Ham, especially if Marseille opt to sell the forward on the cheap.
