Paris Saint-Germain are now having strong doubts about the future of sporting director Leonardo – and they fancy Tottenham Hotspur’s Fabio Paratici.
That’s according to Foot Mercato, who claim that Leonardo could be on his way out of PSG come the end of the season.
Leonardo’s position is understood to be ‘extremely weakened’ and the club’s owners have ‘serious doubts’ about keeping him.
PSG officials seemingly have concerns about Leonardo’s transfer record and the way Kylian Mbappe’s future has been handled.
The Brazilian could therefore leave PSG this summer, three years after his second spell with the club commenced.
Leonardo worked with PSG from 2011 to 2013 before returning in 2019, but it now looks like he could be on the way out once again.
PSG are already looking towards potential replacements for Leonardo, and a raid on Tottenham Hotspur could be in their plans.
It’s suggested that PSG are big fans of Fabio Paratici and the Italian is allegedly ‘attentive’ to a possible move to PSG this summer.
Paratici’s work at Tottenham is under the microscope after some mixed transfer business in his early stages at Tottenham.

The former Juventus man only joined Tottenham last summer but there have been ups and downs already.
Cristian Romero looks like a great signing but Bryan Gil has already been loaned to Valencia, Pierluigi Gollini surely won’t be staying this summer and Emerson Royal has blown hot and cold.
In January, Antonio Conte wanted big signings but only managed two new recruits – Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski.
Both players look promising, but Paratici needs to have big plans for the summer in order to get everybody on board with his work.
With PSG lurking though, there is a chance that Paratici is headhunted for a role away from Tottenham within a matter of months.
