Back in January, Lincoln announced the signing of Brooke Norton-Cuffy on loan from Arsenal, where the 18-year-old will spend the rest of the season with the Imps.
Yesterday, the teenager made his sixth appearance for the League One side, and judging by Lincoln’s match report, the Arsenal wonderkid played superbly.
What’s the story?
Well, Lincoln sadly suffered a 1-0 defeat to Doncaster on Tuesday evening, although Norton-Cuffy impressed.
The Arsenal prodigy is described as incredible, tenacious and almost unstoppable in the match report – he was unlucky not to get an assist for Chris Maguire with an excellent cross, which was fired over.
As WhoScored shows, Norton-Cuffy registered two key passes and had one shot against Doncaster.
He also embarked on five successful dribbles, far more than anyone else managed – nobody else mustered up two successful dribbles, let alone five.

Furthermore, the Hale End graduate also made two tackles, and recorded one interception.
After six games away from Arsenal, Norton-Cuffy has now been involved in two wins, three losses and a draw for Lincoln – a mixed bag of results, to say the least.
Brooke Norton-Cuffy could make it at Arsenal
In our view, the teenager has a chance at Arsenal if he keeps this up.
Of all the positions, right-back is the one to be at Arsenal right now for a youngster hoping to break into the first-team.

Mikel Arteta doesn’t have many options in that department, especially after Calum Chambers joined Aston Villa.
Only Takehiro Tomiyasu and Cedric can occupy that role, so if Norton-Cuffy keeps his form up, who knows what could happen next season.
