According to the Daily Star, Mino Raiola has told Liverpool that Erling Haaland is now likely to move to the Premier League.
What’s the story?
Well, Raiola is said to have spoken to Liverpool – as well as other Premier League clubs – after Real Madrid withdrew their interest in Haaland.
The Spanish giants are signing Kylian Mbappe on a contract worth £1m-a-week, so they cannot afford to land the Norwegian as well.
In Barcelona’s case, they are struggling financially, and the Daily Star believe they are not in a position to pay the total package of £300m required to sign Haaland.
As a result, Raiola has got in touch with Liverpool, as well as Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea.
Haaland failed to commit his future to Borussia Dortmund in a recent interview with Jan Åge Fjortoft, where he admitted the German side were putting pressure on him.
Liverpool must sign Erling Haaland

Of course, £300m is an incredible amount of money to spend on one player, although Liverpool will be left behind if they don’t sign Haaland.
The 21-year-old is a Ballon d’Or winner in waiting, and if Liverpool allow him to go to a Premier League rival, it would be a huge blow.
Haaland is a striker capable of leading a charge for the Premier League title almost singlehandedly, and it may be years until Liverpool win the trophy if they allow him to join Manchester City, for example.

The Leeds-born wonderkid has remarkably scored 80 goals in 79 appearances for Borussia Dortmund, while also providing 21 assists.
So far this season, Haaland has netted 23 goals in just 20 games.
He really is a phenomenon, and if he ends up on the market this summer, Liverpool have to do everything they can to sign him.
