Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is about to pull off a masterstroke regarding Tanguy Ndombele and Paris Saint-Germain, according to The Telegraph.

The Telegraph have reported that Tottenham are close to agreeing a loan deal with PSG over the transfer of midfielder Ndombele to the French club in the January transfer window.

Spurs are in ‘advanced negotiations’ with PSG over sending the 25-year-old midfielder on loan to the Ligue 1 outfit.

The report has claimed that Tottenham will demand that PSG pay Ndombele’s £200,000-a-week wages in full and also have the obligation to make the loan deal permanent in the summer of 2022.

The Telegraph have added that there is ‘growing confidence’ that a deal will be struck.

Ndombele to leave Tottenham for PSG, Levy masterstroke

If Tottenham are able to offload Ndombele with the conditions that Levy wants, then we have to give credit to the the Spurs chairman.

Now, it is unlikely that PSG will pay anywhere near the £55 million that Tottenham spent in transfer fees on the former Lyon star.

However, the Ligue 1 club could still have to pay a substantial transfer fee.

And they will also cover Ndombele’s hefty wages, according to the report.

We know that Tottenham have been trying to offload Ndombele for a while.

And, based on the report in The Telegraph, it seems that Levy is finally about to get his way over Ndombele.
