Significance of rose petals on the special occasion

If you try to find Betty on Google, you will see the tribute
‘Thank you for being a friend” written in calligraphy pop up on the screen.

It is a reference to Betty’s most famous role as Rose Nylund on the hit television show ‘Golden Girls’.

Explaining the meaning of the graphic and the tribute, Google told Fox, “We wanted to honor the iconic Betty White on her birthday with a commemorative Easter Egg, by paying tribute to her beloved character, Rose, and thanking her for being a friend to all.”

Betty White passed away in her sleep
