Manchester City took another huge step in reclaiming the Premier League title after a 1-0 win at home against Chelsea.

Kevin De Bruyne yet again scored against his former club as the Belgian international hit a stunning goal from distance to secure the three points for the Manchester giants.

The result puts City an astonishing 13 points ahead of Chelsea, with third-pace side Liverpool 14 points off their Manchester rivals with two games in hand.

Indeed, the 1-0 win against the Blues has seemingly all-but-confirmed City’s status as Premier League champions, with the club on a 12-game winning streak in the English top-flight.
