The much-awaited music festival Coachella is back in 2022 after being postponed for two years due to the ongoing pandemic.

The exciting line-up for the event has been announced and concert-goers are eager to purchase the passes before they are sold out.

But, how old do you have to be in order to be able to attend Coachella 2022? Here’s everything you need to know.

How old do you have to be to go to Coachella?

The annual music festival is open to anybody.

However, you can attend Coachella all by yourself only if you’re 18 or older. You are required to provide proof of age at the time of registration.

If you’re under 18 years old, you can still attend Coachella, but only if you’re accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Coachella 2022 is taking place from April 15 to Apri 17 and April 22 to April 24, lasting two weekends.

Where is the music festival happening in 2022?

This year’s festival is taking place at the same old venue of Empire Polo Club at Indio, CA.

The location is perfect to set up camps if you want to spend your time amidst breathtaking views of the valley.

If you aren’t into camping, the nearby cities consist of a range of vacation rentals and hotels you can book.

The place is accessible via private and public transportations.

How much do the tickets for the event cost?

Tickets for Coachella start at $474. The sale will begin on Friday, January 14, 2022, at 10 am PT.

However, you can join the Week 1 waitlist or register for the Week 2 presale before the tickets go on sale.

Please Note: The cost of the tickets doesn’t include the expenses of your stay. You will need to pay separately on housing, which is about $1200 for 3 days at a medium hotel.
