Indeed, at 17, Brighton have once again beaten a lot of clubs to the punch in signing a highly-rated talent from the continent. And following the arrival of Kozlowski, it is clear that the Premier League side are looking for youth this season.

Moreover, with Enciso a full international with Paraguay and starting games in the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana, the winger could be ready for Premier League football within the next 12 months.

It is hard to find a 17-year-old in world football as experienced and accomplished as Enciso, yet Brighton have managed to do just that this January.

It might be a while before fans get to see what the winger can do. But arriving from Paraguay with an incredible reputation and experience in South America’s top club competitions will go a long way in Enciso settling in at Brighton this month.
