Lucas Digne to Aston Villa happening?

In our opinion, based on the reports in The Athletic and The Daily Mail, it does look likely that Digne will join Villa from Everton in the January transfer window.

It does appear very likely that Digne will be a Villa player soon.

Matt Target is a very good left-back, but Gerrard needs options and probably someone better.

Digne is a very good left-back who is at the top of his game, and he would make Villa better.

In our view, Digne would make Villa a better team.
