Tottenham Hotspur have been given hope of a deal for Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic – because he fancies playing under Antonio Conte.
That’s according to 90Min, who claim that talks have been held between Tottenham and Vlahovic’s representatives.
During those talks, it was allegedly made clear that Vlahovic fancies working under Conte.
There is a catch though, and it’s that Vlahovic would put Champions League football above that – meaning Tottenham may need a top four finish.
Vlahovic is allegedly willing to wait until the end of the season to decide his future in a big blow to Arsenal hopes.
Arsenal want a deal done for Vlahovic this month, seemingly realising that other clubs will go big for the Serbian this summer.
Could Tottenham be one of them?

You would imagine so. Tottenham were heavily linked with Vlahovic over the summer and seemingly remain keen.
Conte used two strikers at Inter Milan in Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku, so you can understand the appeal of playing Vlahovic and Harry Kane.
Kane appears to be staying, but what then of Son Heung-min? Jamming all three into the team seems difficult for Conte if Vlahovic joins Tottenham.
Son isn’t exactly primed to play as a number 10, whilst it seems early to drop Kane into that role.
Vlahovic also wouldn’t take being backup to Kane, especially given huge interest from elsewhere.
Vlahovic, who thinks of himself as the new Zlatan Ibrahimovic, would be an exciting capture for Tottenham, but Conte’s pull may only get them so far.
