Arsenal have already contacted the representatives of Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele as he prepares to make a summer move.
That’s according to Foot Mercato, who claim that Dembele has pulled a U-turn and decided to leave Barcelona in 2022.
Everything looked so positive for Dembele staying at Barca just over a week ago with Barcelona confident of striking a deal.

However, Dembele has allegedly changed his mind and, having failed to strike an agreement, he will be leaving Barcelona.
Out of contract in the summer, Dembele can sign a pre-contract agreement within a matter of days.
It’s now suggested that Arsenal have opened talks with his representatives to try and thrash out a huge move to North London.

Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are also keen on signing Dembele though, meaning Arsenal face a real battle.
Branded ‘frightening’ by Lionel Messi, Dembele hasn’t quite lived up to his billing at Barcelona.
Barcelona struck a staggering £135.5million deal for Dembele in 2017, but injuries and mixed form have plagued him.
Arsenal going for Dembele is very interesting, as you maybe wouldn’t assume another winger is a priority.
Yet with Nicolas Pepe’s future unclear, maybe Arsenal think signing Dembele for free is just too good to pass up.
