John Terry has stated that Bukayo Saka ‘gets me off my seat’, as he posted on his Instagram story during Arsenal’s 2-0 win against West Ham on Wednesday night.

The Premier League legend was watching the all-London affair from his home and he appreciated what the Arsenal academy product was producing out on the Emirates pitch.

This is the message Terry posted in full on his IG story last night: “I love @BukayoSaka87. Constantly gets me off my seat. So exciting to watch.” added with a clapping emoji.

When Saka’s partner in crime, Emile Smith Rowe, was introduced into the action late in the second half, that’s when he produced the best moment of the match.

The 20-year-old played a lovely exchange with his fellow academy product, before supplying him with the assist that sealed the three points for the Gunners.

That’s a huge win for Arsenal, both in the context of the Premier League table and what has been happening off the field of play.

It puts Mikel Arteta’s side into fourth spot in the table and in with a strong possibility that they should be taken seriously in the race to finish in the Champions League places this term.

Added with that, it also dampens the noise from the outside, all of which stemmed from Arteta’s ruthless call to strip Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of the captain’s armband.

Nonetheless, even though Terry used to rep the other side of London and for Chelsea, he seems to be a big fan of Saka and what he is producing on the pitch.

Even though he has just come out of his teen years, Saka is now accustomed to the Premier League like he has been part of it for many, many years.

The Hale-End star is nowhere near his peak yet and has years and years of developing to do.

All of which makes him a dangerous prospect going forward and in with a serious chance that he could become a legend at the Emirates one day.
