West Ham United believe that Manchester United attacking midfielder Jesse Lingard could move to London Stadium, according to Eurosport.

Eurosport have reported that Lingard could leave Manchester United in the January transfer window.

West Ham are interested in the 28-year-old Lingard.

The Hammers think that they could be able to bring Lingard to London Stadium.

West Ham reportedly plan to open discussions over a move for Lingard as soon as the January transfer window allows.

Jesse Lingard should consider West Ham transfer

Lingard, who can play as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham from Manchester United.

The England international has played only 88 minutes in the Premier League so far this season.

In our opinion, Lingard should seriously consider a move to the Hammers in the January transfer window.

The 28-year-old was a success at the Hammers, who are playing in the Europa League this season.

David Moyes’s side are also aiming to finish in the Premier League top four.

Both Lingard and West Ham would benefit from a transfer.
