Arsenal have decided to let Folarin Balogun leave on loan in the January transfer window, according to The Athletic, which will be a boost for West Ham United.
Potential Folarin Balogun Arsenal loan exit
The Athletic are reporting this morning that Arsenal will allow striker Balogun to go out on loan.
The Gunners believe that the striker is ready to play at a higher level than the Under-23s.
Arsenal, though, have yet to decide which club the 20-year-old will move to.
Boost for West Ham United
Arsenal’s reported decision on Balogun will come as a boost for West Ham.
Why?
Well, that’s because David Moyes’s side are among the clubs interested in the young English striker.
The Mirror reported in November that West Ham want to sign Balogun on loan in the January transfer window.

In our opinion, a move to West Ham for the second half of the season would be beneficial for the striker.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta described Balogun as a striker who has “unique qualities” in Football London in April 2021.
Michail Antonio is in reality the only recognised senior striker that West Ham have got on their books at the moment.
So, Balogun is likely to get chances at London Stadium.
Especially as West Ham are also playing in the Europa League.
