My Hero Academia chapter 366 spoilers…

My Hero Academia chapter 366 is titled ‘Villain’ and opens with Deku and Bakugou engaging in training.

They discuss the Cluster ability, where spheres of sweat are produced and then exploded – which is why the Winter outfit is better as more sweat can be generated.

Todoroki is also training as Kaminari and Mineta talk about where the situation is at. They discuss that the two enemy generals are weakened and that Gigantomachi has been imprisoned. The pair conclude that the time for victory has never been better, as a giant metal structure is being built in the background.

However, Bakugou is less optimistic than Kaminari and Mineta, arguing that not only do they not know where Shigaraki is, but that there are fewer heroes now and the villains have their own plan already in motion.

Deku says that he still wants to go and search for All For One, which results in a slap on the back of the head from Iida about saying ‘me’ instead of ‘us’.

Meanwhile, Hagakure is alone in the forest thinking about how the signs of depression are ‘disguised as everyday actions’. She was worried about a ‘certain someone’ and follows him to a secret meeting. She sees Aoyama with his parents, overhearing that he is the UA traitor and All For One is threatening to kill his parents as leverage in the betrayal.

Hagakure continues to cry but as she leaves to find help, Aoyama is asked by his parents to continue protecting them i.e., keep relaying information to All For One.

Suddenly, Deku appears with Hagakure and asks Aoyama about being the traitor; he bursts into tears whilst his parents initially try to play dumb to the accusation.

The chapter ends with Aoyama confessing to being the UA traitor who leaked the location of the training camp – stating that “I am a disgusting villain, Midoriya.”

The best-selling manga of 2021…

2021 is coming to an end and we are at a point in the year when we can look back at the past years’ worth of content.

According to Oricon, the best-selling manga series of 2021 was Jujutsu Kaisen, which sold more than 30.9 million copies.

My Hero Academia ended the rankings in 5th place; above One Piece and Chainsaw Man, but just below Attack on Titan.

It appears that consistency was key for My Hero Academia’s manga this year as the series did not feature in the list of 15 best-selling manga volumes – meaning its sales were evened out across the year.
