Ally McCoist loved the unity showed by Leeds United players after Raphinha tucked home a crucial penalty last night, as per his comments to Amazon Prime.
Leeds march to victory
Leeds ran out 1-0 winners over Crystal Palace yesterday, with Raphinha scoring a late penalty to seal the three points.
The Brazilian was the coolest man in Elland Road with the game in injury time, as he checked his run and slammed the ball home to secure a crucial victory for his side.
With Leeds struggling so far this season, the importance of the result was clearly not lost on their players.
Every single outfield player charged to Raphinha to celebrate, and even two of their substitutes got involved in the huddle in front of the Kop.
And McCoist said: “I love to see that, I have to inform you. I love to see all the players celebrate. Every one of them is in with Raphinha now.”

A hard fought win
Leeds ultimately had to battle their way to the three points against Palace.
They weren’t quite at their best again, but their endeavour and attitude earned them the three points.
Leeds were slightly fortunate that Christian Benteke missed a sitter just moments before they won their penalty.
But the Whites will know be hoping that their season can turn on this result.
Leeds’ victory means that they now sit in 15th place in the Premier League table, five points above the drop zone.
