Leeds United face Brighton and Hove Albion this weekend and Marcelo Bielsa’s side could really do with picking up a result here.

After yet another loss last weekend against Spurs, it’d be naïve to think that Leeds aren’t staring a relegation battle in the face, and if they don’t pick up any points soon they will be in a very sticky situation.

However, on Saturday they have a winnable game, Brighton started the season brilliantly, but they’ve been inconsistent as of late, and if Leeds are at their best, they should be able to get something.

Ahead of this clash, we’ve had a go at predicting the Whites’ starting XI for this one…

We think that Marcelo Bielsa will return to the more familiar formation he’s used this season, the 4-2-3-1, which often looks like a 4-1-4-1 out of possession.

There are four changes to the side that lost to Leeds. Junior Firpo returns to the backline, while Jamie Shackleton is back in at right-back.

Pascal Struijk is unlucky to miss out as Diego Llorente partners Liam Cooper at centre-back, while Stuart Dallas shifts into the midfield alongside Kalvin Phillips, who also returns to the midfield after a stint at centre-back.

Dan James and Jack Harrison starts on the wings, while Raphinha acts as a number 10 just behind Rodrigo who is also back fit.
