Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on social media have managed to find a positive in Oliver Skipp after their embarrassing loss to NS Mura.
Tottenham suffered what has to go down as one of their most embarrassing defeats ever on Thursday evening as they were turned over 2-1 by a club that were formed less than a decade ago.
It’s not as if Spurs put out a second-string side either, the likes of Harry Kane, Tanguy Ndombele, Dele Alli and Heung-Min Son all played in this game.
As you can imagine, most of Tottenham’s players were diabolical, but Spurs supporters did manage to find one player to praise, and that was Skipp.
The midfielder didn’t have his best game. He misplaced numerous passes and he looked loose on the ball, but at least he was putting in the type of effort you’d want to see from a player.
