Leaks have started to surface for Genshin Impact update 2.4 and one of them suggests we are getting new skins and that a character named Arlecchino will make an appearance.
Update 2.3 has only just begun but fans are already looking ahead to the future. And the future is very bright as Arataki Itto and Gorou will debut as playable protagonists in Decemeber, meanwhile Shenhe and Yun Jin have also been confirmed for the next chapter.
The arrival of Shenhe and Yun Jin is exciting, but another new character could also make an appearance.
Who is Arlecchino in Genshin Impact?
Arlecchino is a new character who has reportedly been leaked as part of the Genshin Impact update 2.4 beta.
It’s speculated that he’s one of the 11 Fatui Harbingers and his leaked involvement comes courtesy of Genshin_Intel. People on Twitter are also addressing him as Harlequin with the following description:
“Aarlecchino, also know as Harlequin, is characterised by his chequered costume. His role is that of a light-hearted, nimble, and astute servant, often acting to thwart the plans of his master.”
Twitter user devilsteaparty_ has also provided a useful thread detailing the original character. Know that his involvement isn’t officially confirmed by miHoYo.
Genshin Impact 2.4 leaks
Other Genshin Impact 2.4 leaks say that we are getting new skins for Ningguang and Keqing.
This would be amazing if true as the only alternative skins we have ever gotten were summer outfits for Barabara and Jean. While new costumes would be fantastic, there’s plenty else to anticipate.
According to Genshin_Intel, we will also be introduced to the new region Enkanomiya. There will also be an Kichiboushi outing event, new hangout quests with Yun Jin and Ningguang, and an Alchemy event with Timaeus.
Two confirmed banner characters for the next chapter in miHoYo’s story are Yun Jin and Shenhe.
Yun Jin is leaked as 4 stars meanwhile Shenhe is 5 stars. Aside from these new playable characters, it’s also suggested that we will be getting event reruns with the Lantern Rite and Windtrace.
