Paul called John Fury a “single old man,” to which he replied:

“You should thank yourself lucky I’m banned from your country. You wouldn’t stand in the presence of me. I’d spank you like a five-year-old kid.”

But why exactly is John Fury banned from the US?

According to The Independent, John Fury served four years of an 11-year prison sentence, for gouging a man’s eye out in a brawl, which means that he is not allowed to travel to the US.

However, John Fury has previously said that he does not want any pity over the situation, and told The Sun:

“It’s my own doing, it was my own choice, I could have walked away and instead I chose to break the rules. I am paying for that and I will keep paying for it but that is up to me.”

He went on to explain that he preaches to all of his sons “how to behave” and called the incident “the biggest mistake.”
