Texas attorney Thomas J. Henry has reportedly filed a lawsuit worth $2 Billion against Travis Scott. The lawyer is representing more than 200 victims of the Astroworld.
Travis is facing several lawsuits after the tragedy at his music festival that claimed 10 lives and left many injured.
As per reports, the suit filed by Thomas also includes Aubrey Drake Graham, Live Nation, and NRG Stadium as defendants.

Who is Thomas J. Henry?
Thomas is a trial attorney who has been practicing law in Texas for more than 25 years, according to Thomashenrylaw.com.
“He has represented countless victims of catastrophic trucking and auto accidents, on the job accidents, medical malpractice claims, and many other claims across the United States,” his bio on the website stated.
Apart from practicing law, he is said to have been an “educator” to his peers on how to deal with various types of cases.
His firm has offices in several locations including Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas, Texas.
The lawyer is quite popular on social media. He has more than 12,000 followers on Instagram. Thomas has shared a variety of posts, including those pertaining to legal issues and many with his family, friends, and pet pooch.

Attorney speaks on behalf of Astroworld victims
Thomas is encouraging the public to send him information or evidence related to the Astroworld tragedy as he’s representing the victims.
In his latest Instagram post he wrote, “Many of you have already begun sending use evidence from this preventable tragedy. On behalf of all the victims we represent, Thank You. Having the public’s help in collecting evidence of this tragedy has been critically important.”
In another statement, Thomas said his clients want to “ensure the defendants are held responsible for their actions.”
Meanwhile, Thomas believes the Astorworld festival tragedy was a result of cost-cutting and other factors.
“The defendants stood to make an exorbitant amount of money off of this event, and they still chose to cut corners, cut costs and put attendees at risk,” he said.

A crowd surge is a sudden movement of a large number of people who are in close proximity to one another.
Several were injured in the stampede that took place at the NRG Park in Houston, Texas.
Travis issued an apology statement addressing the tragedy at his music festival and said he was “devastated.” He even said he would take care of the funeral costs of all the victims.
The singer is also facing another lawsuit worth $750 million by Buzbee Law Firm, which was filed on Tuesday, November 16.
