Some Arsenal fans on social media have been raving over Folarin Balogun after his performance for England U21s on Thursday evening.
The striker got his first goal for the U21s, and if it weren’t for a bit of bad finishing, he could have had a hat-trick.
Indeed, the striker continuously got himself into brilliant positions. He played a part in one of Anthony Gordon’s goals as his parried shot fell back into the path of the Everton man, while he also missed a bit of a sitter.
However, despite his performance not being the most clinical, Arsenal fans were very impressed by his all-around performance.
It was only a U21 game against the Czech Republic, but that hasn’t stopped Gunners supporters from getting carried away, with one fan even going as far as to label the forward as ‘world-class’.
