According to Alfredo Pedullà, Antonio Conte likes Dusan Vlahovic and has spoken to Fabio Paratici about bringing the striker to Tottenham.
What’s the story?
Well, there has been plenty of talk about Tottenham and Vlahovic, and Pedullà has now added a new chapter to the story.
The Italian journalist believes Conte is a big fan of the Fiorentina striker, who scored 21 goals in Serie A last season.
Interestingly, Pedullà adds that Liverpool are also keen on the 21-year-old, who has continued his goalscoring efforts with ten in 13 games this term.
Fiorentina are willing to sell Vlahovic in January, but are demanding a sum in the region of €60m – €70m (£51m – £60m) for their prolific No.9 and talisman.
That could see Tottenham smash their club-record transfer fee, which currently stands at the £53.8m spent on Tanguy Ndombele.
Pedullà‘s news comes after Gianluca Di Marzio revealed Arsenal and Fiorentina had struck an agreement for the 12-cap Serbia international.
What could Dusan Vlahovic bring to Tottenham?

Aside from goals, Vlahovic would offer plenty of physicality up front for Spurs – he is a target man, as well as excelling at running in behind.
In fact, the Serbian’s frame has seen him compared to Swedish legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is still delivering the goods in Serie A aged 40.
Interestingly, it was Vlahovic who compared himself to Ibrahimovic.
By the sounds of it, the wonderkid won’t come cheap, although that shouldn’t come as a surprise.

Vlahovic has Ballon d’Or potential, in our view, and his goalscoring numbers in one of Europe’s top divisions at his age are seriously impressive.
Whoever lands this exciting frontman could be getting one of the best strikers of the next generation – with Conte and Paratici in charge, Tottenham could be the lucky club to win this race.
