Arsenal fans hitback at Claudio Ranieri for complaining after the full-time whistle on Sunday.
The Gunners recorded a 1-0 win over Watford, with Emile Smith Rowe’s controversial goal being the only strike of the game that sealed yet another three points for his side.
Watford’s issue with that goal was they felt that Danny Rose, prior to Smith Rowe hitting the back of the net, had purposely kicked the ball out of play because of his injured teammate.
Rather than get the ball back from the home side, Arsenal took the throw-in, which was near the corner flag, and they eventually scored seconds later.
That didn’t leave Ranieri happy moments after full-time, as he made his feelings clear towards Mikel Arteta.
The Arsenal faithful were having none of it and believe that he is lucky that they only scored one goal during the game.
Added with that, they also felt that the Hornets were kicking them up and down the pitch during the game.
Ex-Spurs man Rose was lucky to be on the pitch because of his clumsy tackle that resulted in the home side winning a penalty in the first half.
The left-back had no intention of going for the ball, just taking out his man, but the on-field referee deemed that it wasn’t even yellow card worthy.
Some Arsenal fans feel that he should have seen red and, as a result, Ranieri doesn’t have much to complain about.
