Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on social media have been reacting after they were linked with a move for Wilfried Singo.
Singo is a 20-year-old wide player from Ivory Coast and it seems as though he could be perfect for the wing-back role in Conte’s 3-4-3.
Indeed, the youngsters statistical make-up is rather exciting. He’s averaging 1.7 tackles per game this season, while he’s also crafted two assists so far this term.
According to WhoScored, Torino have played Singo as a right wing-back in nine games so far this season, so it seems as though he would be a good fit for Conte’s system.
It is interesting to see Spurs linked with a new wing-back so soon after Emerson Royal’s arrival from Real Betis this summer, but Antonio Conte has never been one to rest on his laurels and if he’s spotted a player who can make his squad better, he won’t be afraid to ask Fabio Paratici to ask.
