Everton fans aren’t in the best of moods after their 2-1 loss to Wolves on Monday evening.

The Toffees had an incredibly bright start to the season, but in recent weeks, their form has dipped massively.

Indeed, Everton are now four games without a win in the league, losing each of their last three, and as you can imagine, Toffees supporters aren’t best pleased.

Their performance against Wolves on Monday was lacklustre, and while there weren’t many performances to shout about, one player who did step up was Fabian Delph.

Delph has been something of a scapegoat at Everton ever since his arrival due to a string of injuries and a fair share of poor performances, but on Monday, he showed his class.

Make no mistake, Delph isn’t a bad player. He’s a multi-time Premier League winner and an England international, but for some reason, it just hasn’t clicked at Everton.

However, after coming off the bench on Monday he added a lot more energy and drive to the midfield, and while Everton supporters aren’t his biggest fan, they had to concede that he was good against Wolves.

Here’s what the Goodison Park faithful have been saying on social media…
