Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to reveal their thoughts on Japhet Tanganga, after Antonio Conte was hired to replace Nuno Espirito Santo.

What’s the story?

Well, the Tottenham supporters seem to believe Tanganga will thrive under Conte, a man renowned for improving players.

We’re sure the 52-year-old will significantly improve many players at Hotspur Way, although fans are discussing the 22-year-old in particular.

Tanganga found life tough under Nuno following an initial bright start.

The Tottenham No.25 started the first three Premier League games of the season, as Spurs picked up nine points.

However, Tanganga unfairly found himself on the bench in the last three outings against Newcastle, West Ham and Manchester United.

Hopefully, Conte does take the precocious talent under his wing.

Who else will Antonio Conte improve at Tottenham?

In our view, Conte is just what Harry Kane needs to rediscover his best form this season.

The Italian rarely fails to get his centre-forward firing.

During his time at Chelsea, Conte managed to get 22 goals out of Diego Costa in 42 games – the Spaniard also provided eight assists.

They won the Premier League title together as a result, before Costa got on Conte’s bad side and was sold.

Additionally, Romelu Lukaku remarkably netted 64 goals in 95 games under Conte, while also registering 16 assists.

80 goal involvements in 95 games is utterly outrageous from the Belgian.

If Conte doesn’t have a similar effect on Kane, we’ll be very surprised.

For now, let’s see what the Tottenham fans on Twitter have been saying about Tanganga…
