Liverpool fans have loved seeing Alisson copy Jurgen Klopp, as he gave fist pumps to the away end at Old Trafford yesterday.
Big celebrations
Klopp walked over to the travelling Liverpool support and it initially looked as if he was going to head off without performing his trademark celebration.
However, Klopp was just making the Liverpool fans wait, and was given a rapturous ovation after showing his passion once again.
What wasn’t picked up in the ground, but could be seen on video, is that Alisson was also joining in.
The Brazilian goalkeeper subtly did his own version of the fist pump, as he mimicked his manager.
And Alisson’s actions brought a smile to many Liverpool fans’ faces on social media.
Quiet afternoon
Alisson had a fairly comfortable day at Old Trafford yesterday, and may have been expecting a busier afternoon.
The Reds stopper was barely troubled by United’s attackers all game, as Liverpool stormed to a 5-0 victory.
When he was called upon Alisson was generally solid, but in the second half he was a virtual spectator, after Paul Pogba’s sending off.
Alisson now may well be given the night off in midweek, when Liverpool are set to take on Preston North End, and Klopp is expected to name a much changed line-up.
