Some Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Naby Keita against Manchester United at Old Trafford in the Premier League this evening.
What’s the story?
Keita was in action for Liverpool against bitter rivals United away from home at Old Trafford today.
The 26-year-old central midfielder started on the right of a midfield-three.
The Guinea international was superb during his time on the pitch, especially in the first half.
Keita opened the scoring for Jurgen Klopp’s side in the fifth minute and also provided the assist for Mohamed Salah’s goal in the 38th minute.
The former RB Leipzig star was a force to be reckoned with in the middle of the park.
However, Keita’s evening ended on a bad note.
A challenge from Paul Pogba saw the midfielder suffer an injury, and he had to be substituted in the 64th minute.
Pogba was sent off.
