Joe Biden did a town hall with CNN on Thursday (October 21st) in Baltimore, and one moment has had the internet in stitches.

The President spoke about many things, including the Build Back Better agenda, tax increases and his disagreement with Sens. Joe Manchin.

However, viewers weren’t actually listening to what he was saying as they were more concerned with his funny body language.

The 78-year-old did a hilariously awkward pose and is now being compared to a cartoon character in the latest viral political meme.

Biden’s stance draws internet attention

Whilst listening to a question from CNN’s Anderson Cooper at the town hall, President Biden stood on the stage in a hilarious stance.

He had his arms bent in front of him and his fists closed, and viewers quickly knew they recognised his pose.

Internet users began claiming he looks like Cornholio, a character from the MTV animated series Beavis and Butt-Head.

The Great Cornholio as he’s also known is the hyperactive alter-ego of Beavis who comes out when Beavis consumes large amounts of sugar and caffeine.

In the series, he stands with his arms bent and fists closed, exactly like Biden did on stage.

Internet users say he looks like Cornholio

Not long after the town call, the word “Cornholio” began trending on Twitter as people compared Biden to the cartoon character.

One person wrote: “I got it! Last night, Biden was doing his Beavis “Cornholio” impression! He’s pretty good!”

“I never knew President Biden was also the great Cornholio,” said another.

A third person added: “Okay, is it only me, or do other folks also wanna scream “I’m the great Cornholio and I need TP for my bunghole!” when looking at Biden clutching his hands like that.”

Memes flood Twitter

Joe Biden and Cornholio memes soon began flooding Twitter as people compared him to the character.

Twitter users began posting side-by-side comparisons of the two, showing Cornholio’s iconic pose next to Biden’s.

People also started posting photos of Biden with Beavis’ iconic line: “I need TP for my bunghole.”

There’s no denying the pair look hilariously alike. Sorry Biden, you’ve fallen victim to the Twitter meme yet again.
